We do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times, as well as its frequency, are subject to restrictions. This does not guarantee that your delivery will be delayed for some reason of majeure, lack of data at home, bad weather, delay in parcel, because no one was found at the address or problems concerning the parcel. Please note that purchases made on holidays or weekends will be processed on the first business day following. If we are unable to deliver the order within this time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible. We cannot change any order details (product, color, quantity, address) once the order has already been processed.

 Refunds or cancellations of orders or parcel costs will not be handled due to delay as it is a third-party service. In the event that the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery due to having one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of shipping the return package will not be charged, however, the cost of shipping the 2nd delivery attempt will be charged. , we recommend being aware of the route of your shipment; likewise, order refunds will not be handled for this concept. In the event that there is a loss of packages by the parcel companies, the item(s) in question or missing products will be replaced in the same model and size, under no circumstances or exception will refunds be handled in these cases.

COVID-19: Updated Policies As we monitor the evolution of COVID-19, we are updating our return policy for purchases made online. In the case of web purchases, we accept returns only when you receive a different item from the one you requested, that is, different from the original order, as long as they comply with the following:

  • The return is managed within the first 24 calendar hours, from the day the package is received at the destination address. (Date and time of delivery will be verified with the parcel)

  • Once you request the change, our system will generate and send you the shipping guide by mail.
  • PREPARE THE PRODUCT: Place the product in its original packaging, put it in the shipping box and protect it with paper or other soft material to prevent it from being damaged when it is sent back. Close the box with enough adhesive tape and protect it with craft paper. Finally, print the shipping guide that you received in your mail and paste it on the outside of the box.
  • QUALITY CONTROL: All shipped products go through a quality review process. If the product sent for exchange was used, damaged or does not match the product purchased, the exchange will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the sender at an additional cost.
  • Once the return is confirmed, product changes can be made as follows: It can take up to five business days to credit the return

    • Change: The correct garment will be sent in case our store has sent a different garment from the one requested.
    • Full refund: The amount of the product from the original purchase will be credited as store credit through an electronic code that can be used to buy a different product or as a credit for future purchases. The return code will be automatically sent to the mail registered in the original purchase.
    • In no case will refunds be made to the customer in cash or by bank transfer. The return is made exclusively as store credit valid for two months from the generation of the coupon. The shipping cost does not apply for returns.


  • You must send your product in its original packaging or in a different packaging with the same dimensions.
  • The return guide expires 5 calendar days after it was generated.
  • Write down your guide number so that you can track your package on its way to its destination.
  • If we send you a product that was not the one you requested, we will confirm by mail once our quality control is finished your coupon to make a new purchase.
  • You must use your coupon in its entirety to avoid losing the remainder.
  • You have 60 calendar days to use your coupon from the date you receive it.
